Our Team
Shikher brings a broad, cross-disciplinary background in business, finance, technology, and climate, allowing him to navigate complex challenges with a systems-thinking approach. He has worked with both strategy and operations teams across different organisations which has given him a deep understanding of their dynamics and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. He enjoys problem-solving and is particularly drawn to the social and climate sectors, where the challenges are intricate and require thoughtful, impactful solutions.
