GXCO works exclusively with NGOs, nonprofits, and social enterprises — building solutions that make the sector stronger, sharper, and more capable of the change it exists to create.
GXCO is a social enterprise built around a simple belief: the social sector's biggest constraint isn't resources — it's the systems and processes holding good work back.
A team of technologists, designers, analysts, and strategists who made a deliberate choice to work exclusively with impact organisations. That focus shapes everything we build.
What makes GXCO different isn't our toolkit — it's how we show up. Deeply invested in your success, present through the hardest parts, honest when something isn't working.
We start by listening — understanding your mission, people, constraints, and root causes, not surface symptoms.
Built around your reality, not a template. You're part of the design — because you'll live with it.
We stay through the full arc — first build to team training to mid-course corrections.
Our strongest relationships grow over years. We measure success when your impact grows.
Over the past two years, we have made a lot of progress together and proud to say that GXCO is serving many more tech, design and data needs of our organisation now. If I can capture GXCO in one phrase, it is “being present”. I think the group has a lot of potential in adding value to social impact organisations and being part of their journeys.

Two core solutions built from the ground up for impact organisations — and two more on the way.
A full ERP built exclusively for the social sector. Project management, finance, HR, procurement, and donor management — in one platform.
Explore NGOERP →Operational mapping, SOP development, OKRs, and change management — built so your team understands the process, not just has it.
Learn more →We write about the challenges impact organisations face — technology adoption, process design, data use, and what it takes to build organisations that last. Honest, from experience.
Whether you have a specific challenge or just want to think through your organisation's next chapter — start with a conversation. We'll listen first.
Let's talkOne system for the entire organisation.
NGOs manage operations across disconnected spreadsheets, software, and manual processes. Critical data lives in silos. Reporting becomes a weekend exercise before every audit.
A full ERP built specifically for the social sector. Built on the open source and customisable Frappe framework. No adapting a corporate product to fit your reality.
Scaling without clear process slows you down. What worked at 15 people breaks at 50. Every handoff becomes a risk.
Internal operating process mapping and redesign to improve efficiency. SOP development, strategic planning, OKR development, and change management. Every engagement ends with the team understanding the process — not just having it handed to them.
A purpose-built fundraising tool for the social sector — designed around how NGOs actually raise money, not how commercial platforms assume they do.
Extending ODK and KoBoToolbox to build real-time dashboards that connect field data to decisions. Open source throughout. No proprietary lock-in.
Full management of tech, data, finance, or HR — or partial CXO programmes for organisations in transition.
Intelligent engagement tools using Typebot — for beneficiary intake, programme queries, or internal workflows.
Mattermost, Garage, Pocket ID, Photoprism — hosted and managed, so your team isn't the IT department.
Applied AI to understand programme patterns and predict outcomes — for organisations ready to use data actively.
Helping teams adopt new systems and ways of working — not just implementing them and leaving.
Structured agile approaches for complex social programmes with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
Environments for testing new programme models, funding approaches, or organisational designs before scaling.
Connected hardware and data systems for field programmes that require real-world sensing and monitoring.
Enterprise-grade pre-owned hardware — reliable equipment without the price tag.
We'll have a genuine conversation about whether and how we can help — no sales deck, no obligation.
Start a conversationWe're not generalists who happen to work with NGOs. We made a deliberate choice — and built our skills, tools, and ways of working around it.
What brings us together is a shared belief that the social sector deserves the same quality of thinking, technology, and rigour that the commercial sector takes for granted.
We're a social enterprise ourselves — so when we say we understand your constraints, we mean it directly.
Shikher comes from a background spanning business, finance, technology, and climate, which has shaped how he approaches complex organisational challenges. Through his work with strategy and operations teams, he saw that many mission-driven organisations struggle not because of a lack of intent, but because the systems and support around them are not designed for the realities they face. That realisation led him to start GXCO.
He believes organisations working on social and climate challenges deserve the same quality of thinking, infrastructure, and problem-solving that the private sector often takes for granted. GXCO was created to help bridge that gap by supporting impact organisations in building stronger systems and working more effectively to expand their impact.
Today, he focuses on building partnerships across the impact sector and developing practical solutions that help organisations operate more effectively at scale.
We show up fully — through every hard conversation and messy middle, not just at the start.
Every recommendation is filtered through one question: does this help the organisation do more of what it exists to do?
We measure success by how much your team can do without us.
We'll tell you when something won't work. Honest early is always kinder than polite late.
We don't bring a solution looking for a problem. We start from your reality.
We favour open source. We build for the long term. We don't create systems only we can maintain.
We take a small number of new partnerships each year. If your organisation is doing something worth growing — let's talk.
Get in touchNo sales deck. No obligation. We'll listen first, and only talk about solutions if there's a genuine fit.
We work with a small number of organisations at a time — every conversation gets real attention. If the timing isn't right, we'll say so honestly.
